I was in utero a Macrobiotic baby born into the world, and raised in this way. I went off this lifestyle and have come back to it to see that it has infinite truth and knowledge. Macrobiotics is a tangible work of Jesus and I agree with the teaching of Buddha and the Tao. I believe that many other influential and spiritual leaders in the world had eaten in a Macrobiotic lifestyle. Thank you even more for this blog, because Macrobiotics is being sold as an eastern medicine as a healing, and prevention diet. When it is not a diet at all, but more of a lifestyle. One in which brings great insight and great appreciation of the world. You could not be more right that it breeds spiritual growth, with wonderful total health as another benefit.
